Chris Paouros

Co-Founder & Co-Chair
(she/her)

Chris is an organisational culture, strategy, leadership and EDI consultant with nearly 30 years of experience. A lifelong Spurs fan and season ticket holder for both the men's and women's teams, she believes football can be a genuine force for social and cultural change. She has spent the last decade working at the intersection of inclusion, governance and sport, and is a founding member of Proud Lilywhites and Women of the Lane. Her current consultancy clients include clients from the sport, education, charity and FMCG sectors.

Chris maintains that the most effective way forward is intersectional. She holds a range of governance and voluntary roles: Vice Chair and Trustee of Kick It Out (chairing the People and Culture Committee); Chair of Just Like Us; independent member of the FA's Inclusion Advisory Board; Supporter Representative on FA Council; Vice Chair of the Football Supporters Association; and co-chair of the Tottenham Hotspur Fan Advisory Board.

Kyle Boyd

Co-Chair
(he/him)

Kyle is entering his second year as Co-Chair of Proud Lilywhites, having spent the past five years helping to shape and grow the group as a dedicated member of the committee.

Originally from Northern Ireland and now based in Liverpool, where he has lived for the past decade, Kyle proudly broke with family tradition by choosing to support Tottenham Hotspur despite being surrounded by supporters of rival clubs.

Alongside his role with Proud Lilywhites, Kyle works as a civil servant, bringing a wealth of experience in organisation, collaboration and community engagement to the committee.

Passionate about ensuring that every LGBTQI+ Spurs supporter feels seen, valued and welcome, Kyle is committed to building an inclusive and vibrant community both on matchdays and beyond. He is proud to play a part in strengthening the connection between supporters and the club, helping Proud Lilywhites continue to thrive as one of Tottenham Hotspur’s leading fan groups.

Sian Wallis

Secretary
(she/her)

Sian has been involved with the Proud Lilywhites since our launch and has gradually become more involved and has served a Secretary for the last 5 seasons. She also represents the Proud Lilywhites on the FSA's Women's Network and National Council. She started supporting Spurs when Gary Lineker was on kids TV and as it turns out her family history is very much a North London one. Sian is a season ticket holder for the men and women though if pushed to choose you'll find her wherever the women are playing. Sian is the Fan Advisory Board member for the Women’s game.

Faye Angeletta

Treasurer
(she/her)

Proud Lilywhites has been at the heart of Faye’s Tottenham journey for many years now, starting as a member and moving into a committee role. As a season ticket holder and an LGBTQI+ fan, Proud Lilywhites is something she is deeply proud to be a part of - from involvement in campaigns to the fun of match day meet ups, social events and lasting friendships. Faye is honoured to play a crucial part in a group that has achieved so much and wants to continue to contribute to push to be the leading supporters club in all matters relating to LGBTQI+ and wider inclusion and to ensure football is a safe space for all. Both things are very important to Faye’s experience as a Tottenham fan. Faye is our Treasurer, overseeing the financial affairs for the Proud Lilywhites. Outside all things Tottenham, she’s a director of a successful recruitment business and an avid runner. And Faye can’t wait to see what we achieve in the 26/27 season. COYS!

Khya Gott

Non-Portfolio Officer
(She/Her)

Khya has been on the committee since 2021 and since then has grown our newsletter into a regular form of communication for our membership.

During her time on the committee she has played a role in the invite list to many key events, including the annual Pride in London and the 10 year Celebration of the Proud Lilywhites. She regularly ensures any member who would like to represent our supporters association has an opportunity, and provides all the administrative support they may need to do so.

Robert Huber

Non-Portfolio Officer
(He/Him)

Robert has been a football fan all his life, playing (soccer 😊) while growing up in the USA. He became interested in the Premier League many years ago, Tottenham 7-ish years ago, and found the Proud Lilywhites during Covid times. Many weekends spent on the PL zoom match-day calls, virtually meeting our members across the globe while we watched our Spurs in action. He now travels to London several times each season to meet up with friends in the Proud Lilywhites and enjoy our incredible new stadium.

Robert was elected to the committee in 2025 as a non-portfolio member. He is interested in growing the global reach of the Proud Lilywhites, ensuring our supporters in all parts of the world feel welcome. He travels often on the weekends during the season, linking up with supporter’s groups in their match day pubs.

Mogi Natsagdorj

Non-Portfolio Officer
(She/Her)

Mogi was at the Proud Lilywhites launch event and now focuses her remarkable energy as a non-portfolio committee member. She is originally from Mongolia and lived in in Russia while at Uni. She is one of many LGBTQI+ refugees living in in London. Her journey to the UK was not an easy one and the Proud Lilywhites provided support during her asylum process, including providing a statement of support; something for which she is immensely grateful.

Mogi loves the Proud Lilywhites and always has time for our community. Her non-portfolio role is focused on meeting new members and making them feel welcome—spreading positive vibes 🥰 (you’ll know what we mean when you meet her!) She is always keen to create an inclusive and accepting football environment for everyone.

Mogi loves to take photographs and her pictures regularly focus across the Proud Lilywhites social media channels.

Ben Mulford-Damien

Non-Portfolio Officer
(He/Him)

Ben has been a Spurs fan since childhood, and depending on how the season is going sends either thanks or blame to his step-dad Phil for the honour. A member of the Proud Lilywhites for the past few seasons and now in his second year on the committee, Ben aims to bring his experience leading corporate LGBTQ networks to the PL committee for the 26/27 season. Raised in Hampshire and now living in Stockport, he is thankful for the Proud Lilywhites in letting him find a Spurs community even from afar. Outside of all things Spurs Ben is an avid baker, cat owner, poet and reader, and is recently happily married. #COYS!

Sophie Thorpe

Non-Portfolio Officer
(She/Her)

For Sophie, Tottenham Hotspur is all about connection. A season ticket holder heading into her 24th year, Sophie’s deep-rooted love for Tottenham Hotspur was shared with her dad for 18 wonderful years. After losing him, she struggled with the prospect of attending games alone, until discovering the Proud Lilywhites in 2023. Sophie has joined the committee to help others find the same inclusivity, warmth, and family that helped her navigate a difficult time and to ensure every fan knows they have a home here.

When not cheering on Spurs, Sophie works in London for a commercial furniture dealer, drawing on 12+ years of client-facing experience. Passionate about the beautiful game, she has also spent the past 9 years coaching youth and women’s football. To unwind, she loves escaping to the countryside for walks and camping with her wife, Billie, and their beloved Cocker Spaniel, Mabel.
